DHL ECOM TR Kargo — Gizlilik Politikası

• Veri sorumlusu: Uygulamayı kuran mağaza sahibi (satıcı). Müşteri verisini toplayan ve gönderi açma kararını veren taraf odur.
• Veri işleyen: Uygulamanın geliştiricisi Hanifi Ertuğrul Aslan. Veriyi yalnızca satıcının talimatıyla, kargo işlemini yürütmek için işler.
• Alıcı (taşıyıcı): MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce Türkiye. Gönderiyi fiilen taşıyan taraftır.

Uygulama, Shopify siparişinden yalnızca kargolamak için gereken alanları okur:

• Alıcının adı ve soyadı (varsa firma adı)
• Teslimat adresi: açık adres, ilçe, il, posta kodu, ülke kodu
• Telefon numarası: MNG telefonsuz gönderi kabul etmediği için zorunludur
• Sipariş bilgisi: sipariş numarası, koli sayısı, toplam ağırlık, kargo durumu
• Satıcının MNG hesap bilgileri: müşteri numarası, Apizone uygulama anahtarı ve şifresi. Şifre ve gizli anahtar veritabanına AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenerek yazılır, arayüzde asla düz metin gösterilmez.

E-posta adresi işlenmez. Uygulama Shopify'dan müşteri e-postasını hiç istemez ve MNG'ye e-posta göndermez; kargo bildirim e-postasını Shopify kendi gönderir. Sipariş içeriği, ürün adları ve ödeme bilgileri de okunmaz.

• MNG Kargo sisteminde gönderi kaydı açmak
• Alıcı adı ve adresini içeren kargo etiketini üretip bastırmak
• Oluşan takip numarasını Shopify siparişine yazmak (fulfillment)
• Aynı siparişe iki kez gönderi açılmasını engellemek
• Satıcıya "kaç gönderi gitti, nerede?" raporunu göstermek

Veriler reklam, profilleme veya analiz için kullanılmaz; satılmaz, kiralanmaz. Uygulamada reklam veya izleme çerezi yoktur; yalnızca Shopify oturumunun sürmesi için gereken teknik çerezler kullanılır.

• MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce Türkiye (api.mngkargo.com.tr): alıcı adı, adresi, il/ilçesi ve telefonu gönderi açılırken taşıyıcıya aktarılır. Bu aktarım olmadan kargo gönderilemez; sözleşmenin ifası için zorunludur.
• Shopify: takip numarası ve kargo firması bilgisi siparişe geri yazılır.
• Etiket dönüştürme servisi (Labelary, ABD): MNG etiketi yalnızca Zebra (ZPL) biçiminde döner. Sıradan bir yazıcıyla basılabilmesi için PDF'e çevrilmesi gerekir; bu dönüştürme şu anda Labelary (labelary.com, ABD) üzerinde yapılır. Etiket alıcının adını, adresini ve telefonunu içerdiğinden bu bir yurt dışı aktarımıdır. Dönüştürmeyi kendi sunucumuza taşıma çalışması sürüyor; tamamlandığında etiket verisi üçüncü tarafa hiç gitmeyecek ve bu madde güncellenecek.

Bunların dışında üçüncü taraflara aktarım yapılmaz. Yasal olarak zorunlu hâllerde yetkili makamlara aktarım saklıdır.

• Kargo etiketi (alıcı adı ve adresi içerir) ve il/ilçe bilgisi: 90 gün. Süre dolduğunda otomatik olarak silinir. Etiketin saklanma sebebi, kaybolan veya yeniden basılması gereken etiketin MNG'de ikinci bir gönderi açmadan tekrar basılabilmesidir.
• Sipariş numarası, referans numarası ve takip numarası: ticari kayıt olarak saklanır. Bu alanlar alıcının adını veya adresini içermez.
• Satıcının MNG hesap bilgileri: uygulama mağazadan kaldırıldığı anda silinir.
• Mağazanın tüm verisi: Shopify'ın uygulama kaldırma sonrası gönderdiği silme bildirimi üzerine (mağaza kaydı, gönderi kayıtları, sayaçlar dâhil) tamamen silinir.

• Şifreleme: kargo etiketi ve satıcının MNG kimlik bilgileri veritabanında AES-256-GCM ile şifreli tutulur. GCM kimlik doğrulamalı olduğu için veri kurcalanırsa çözme aşamasında hata verir.
• Taşıma güvenliği: Shopify, MNG ve uygulama arasındaki tüm trafik TLS ile şifrelenir. Etiket yanıtları ara sunucularda önbelleğe alınmaz.
• Mağaza yalıtımı: her sorgu mağaza kimliğiyle sınırlıdır; bir mağaza başka bir mağazanın gönderisini veya etiketini okuyamaz.
• Erişim kaydı: kişisel veri içeren kayıtlara erişim loglanır. Log yalnızca sipariş kimliği ve erişen personel kimliğini tutar; alıcı adı, adresi veya telefonu log'a yazılmaz.
• Sınırlı erişim: üretim verisine yalnızca sorumlu geliştirici erişebilir ve erişim yalnızca arıza giderme amacıyla kullanılır.

Son kullanıcıysanız (siparişi veren kişi): talebinizi önce siparişi verdiğiniz mağazaya iletin; veri sorumlusu o mağazadır. Mağaza, silme talebinizi Shopify üzerinden uygulamaya iletebilir. Bu talep geldiğinde ilgili siparişlere ait kişisel veri (etiket içeriği ve il/ilçe bilgisi dâhil) uygulamanın kayıtlarından temizlenir. Doğrudan bize de yazabilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Satıcıysanız: uygulamayı mağazanızdan kaldırarak MNG hesap bilgilerinizin silinmesini sağlayabilirsiniz. Verilerinizin kopyasını ya da tamamen silinmesini talep etmek için aşağıdaki adrese yazın.

KVKK (6698 sayılı kanun) kapsamında bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz haklarınız saklıdır.

• Data controller: the merchant who installs the app.
• Data processor: the app developer, Hanifi Ertuğrul Aslan, acting only on the merchant's instructions.
• Carrier: MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce Türkiye.

• Recipient name (and company name, if present)
• Shipping address: street address, district, city, postal code, country code
• Phone number — required, because MNG rejects shipments without one
• Order number, parcel count, total weight, shipment status
• The merchant's MNG account credentials (customer number, Apizone client id/secret, password). The secret and the password are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never displayed in plain text.

We do not process customer email addresses. The app never requests the customer email from Shopify and never sends one to MNG; Shopify sends the shipping notification itself. We also do not read line items, product names, or payment data.

• Create the shipment record in MNG's system
• Produce and print the shipping label, which carries the name and address
• Write the resulting tracking number back to the Shopify order
• Prevent a second shipment being opened for the same order
• Show the merchant a "how many shipped, where are they?" report

We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we never sell or rent it. The app sets no advertising or tracking cookies — only the technical cookies needed to keep the Shopify session alive.

• MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce Türkiye (api.mngkargo.com.tr): the recipient's name, address, city/district, and phone are transferred when the shipment is created. Without this transfer the parcel cannot be shipped; it is necessary to perform the contract.
• Shopify: the tracking number and carrier name are written back to the order.
• Label rendering service (Labelary, USA): MNG returns labels only as ZPL (Zebra). To make them printable on an ordinary printer they must be converted to PDF, and that conversion currently runs on Labelary (labelary.com, USA). Because a label carries the recipient's name, address and phone number, this is a transfer outside Türkiye. We are moving the conversion to our own server; once that is done no label data will reach a third party and this clause will be updated.

We share data with no other third party, except where disclosure to authorities is legally required.

• Shipping label (contains name and address) and city/district data: 90 days, then deleted automatically. We keep it that long so a lost label can be reprinted without opening a second shipment at MNG.
• Order number, reference number, tracking number: retained as a commercial record. These fields contain no name or address.
• Merchant MNG credentials: deleted the moment the app is uninstalled.
• All shop data: deleted in full when Shopify sends the post-uninstall erasure request.

• Encryption at rest: shipping labels and merchant MNG credentials are stored with AES-256-GCM. Because GCM is authenticated, tampered data fails to decrypt instead of silently returning garbage.
• Encryption in transit: all traffic between Shopify, MNG, and the app uses TLS. Label responses are marked no-store so intermediaries do not cache them.
• Shop isolation: every query is scoped to the shop; one shop can never read another shop's shipment or label.
• Access logging: access to records containing personal data is logged. The log stores only the order identifier and the identifier of the staff member — never the recipient's name, address, or phone.
• Limited access: only the responsible developer can reach production data, and only for troubleshooting.

If you are an end customer: contact the store you ordered from first — that store is the data controller. The store can forward your erasure request to the app through Shopify. When such a request arrives, the personal data held for the related orders (including label contents and city/district) is cleared from our records. You may also write to us directly; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

If you are a merchant: uninstalling the app deletes your MNG credentials. To request a copy of your data or full deletion, email the address below.

Rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and comparable regulations — access, rectification, erasure, and objection — remain reserved.
