J-Retail — Framer Website
Optimized product positioning and conversion flow with a SaaS-focused structure. Delivered rapid prototyping and modern design on Framer.

J-Retail sells cloud retail and restaurant management software — ERP, CRM, stock, purchasing, e-invoicing, reporting — to businesses that grow and shrink through the year. The product is broad, which is exactly the problem: a feature list that long stops meaning anything to a visitor deciding in thirty seconds whether this fits them.
I restructured the site around the buying question instead of the module list. The hero leads with scalability — capacity you can raise or lower as the business changes — and a single "explore features" path. Underneath, the modules are grouped and progressively disclosed rather than dumped in one grid, with a product screenshot doing the explaining and a social-proof marker carrying customer count. Pricing and a 15-day free trial sit permanently in the navigation so the commitment level is never ambiguous.
Built in Framer so the positioning could be prototyped, reviewed and revised in days rather than sprint cycles — which matters when the copy is still being tested against real sales calls.
