Middle East Expansion — Performance Marketing
Achieved active customer acquisition in Iraq and Syria markets. Supported international growth with regional targeting and multi-language ad strategies.
Expanding into Iraq and Syria is not a translation exercise. Buying behaviour, platform mix, payment expectations and the trust signals that matter all differ from the domestic market, and campaigns copied across borders reliably underperform.
The programme built regional campaigns from the ground up: Arabic-first creative rather than translated Turkish, messaging adjusted to how these markets evaluate an industrial supplier, and contact paths matched to the channels buyers there actually use.
The result was active customer acquisition in both markets — a working, repeatable channel rather than a one-off export deal.
