BayiPortal — Multi-Marketplace Commerce Platform
A multi-tenant SaaS that runs stock, pricing and orders for ten marketplaces from one panel — Shopify, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, PTT AVM, TSoft, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Idefix and İkas — with AI product imagery built in.

A seller listing the same catalogue on ten marketplaces is running ten inventories. Each channel has its own product model, its own price rules, its own order format and its own idea of what a variant is — so stock drifts, oversells happen, and reconciling it by hand stops being possible somewhere around the third channel.
BayiPortal centralises that. One product record pushes to every connected channel; stock and price changes propagate from a single source of truth; orders come back into one queue regardless of where they were placed. The integration layer is written per channel because the APIs genuinely differ — Trendyol's category and attribute model has nothing in common with Hepsiburada's — but that complexity stays inside the adapter rather than leaking into the seller's workflow.
The hardest part was not the API work but the drift: deciding which channel is authoritative when two disagree, and refusing to let a "lowest wins" heuristic silently erode stock. On top of that sits AI product image generation, so a seller can produce channel-ready creative without a photo shoot for every listing.
