Sales Peak turns that into infrastructure. Each business gets its own bot with its own branding and its own channels, while scheduling, product content and posting rules are managed from one panel. Multi-tenancy is the whole architecture rather than a feature bolted on: tenants are isolated in data and in bot identity, but share one deployment, so onboarding a new business costs nothing operationally.

The unglamorous parts are where the reliability lives — respecting Telegram's rate limits, making a failed send retry instead of silently vanishing, and keeping a queued post idempotent so a restart does not double-post to a customer's channel.
