Rozasilver — WooCommerce to Shopify Migration

Rozasilver sells silver jewellery — a catalogue where every product needs several photographs, variants run across sizes and stones, and the store runs promotions almost continuously. On WooCommerce that combination had turned into a performance and maintenance problem: slow pages, plugin dependencies stacked on top of each other, and a checkout the team was afraid to touch.

The migration moved the full product catalogue, media, variants and customer records to Shopify and rebuilt the storefront on top: a promotional hero that the team can rotate without developer help, trend collections, a wholesale entry point for B2B buyers, and the sizing and jewellery-care guides that reduce returns in this category.

The move traded a plugin stack for a platform. Page speed improved, campaign changes stopped being risky, and the checkout became something the business could run promotions through rather than around.
